With the continued trend of co-working and serviced office space, more tenants are looking at immediate, ready to occupy office solutions.
Many businesses are now looking for more diverse, cost effective options for their workspace, with the potential of flexible lease terms and far less upfront investment and costs.
Landlords are moving to accommodate these market demands to offer more attractive, flexible propositions to attract new and prospective tenants in to their real estate.
Cat A Plus is best described as a midpoint between the traditional Landlord specification fitout (Cat A) and a tailored tenant specific fitout (Cat B). Cat A Plus solutions are provided by the Landlord and essentially offer prospective tenants a fully fitted and furnished office environment to cater for a broad range of potential occupiers, regardless of industry sector. Office ready space that a tenant need only focus on moving their staff in to.
We are working with a number of Landlords to create these office environments.
Our involvement with our own Landlord, GlobalEarn originally started with the design and fitting out of our office at 48 Gresham Street. This led to us working together and delivering projects across their Gresham Street properties.
Our latest project sees our partnership embark on our largest scheme to date; to fit out 7 floors across three adjoining buildings (46 and 48 Gresham Street and 1 King Street) and deliver GlobalEarn’s first Cat A Plus offering.
Our teams have worked closely to explore and define the right property solutions. In doing so ,creating a unique design scheme that has evolved through our collective knowledge of current market trends and wider project experiences.
Works commence on site in June 2021 and each of the spaces being ready to occupy by September.
