New project alert!

We’re excited to be working with our long standing client Arax Properties to deliver a Cat A refurbishment within 1930s heritage building, Euston House.

Located in a rapidly regenerating area of London, there’s lots to be revealed on this scheme which encompasses a 12,000 sqft workspace with communal parts including BREEAM and EPC B rating.

We’re on-site, due to compete at the end of March.
